How much does it cost?
We offer a number of standard builds and bespoke options for garden rooms. Our prices start from £3500.
Is installation included?
All our garden rooms are priced to include installation at your property. Not a flat pack in sight.
Do we need planning permission?
In most cases, garden rooms are considered as outbuildings, which means you will not need planning permission.
Will it be warm enough in the winter?
All our garden rooms have a minimum of 50mm insulation with an additional foil blanket, which also provides a vapour barrier. This means your garden room will retain heat without getting damp.
Does the price include lighting and electrics?
Our price includes everything within the build; sockets and lighting. The only additional cost is the electricity source.
Do I need a base?
You will need a level base for your garden room. This can be concrete that you already have in place, or our environmentally friendly ground-screw option for grass. This will be an additional cost if required.
Can I choose my doors and windows?
We offer a number of options for windows and doors to suit your requirements and budget.
What colour cladding can I have?
You can choose from a range of colours and finishes for your garden room exterior. These are available to view at our showroom in Portland.
